Dr. Deepika Jaiswal, DDS, MDS

Dr. Deepika Jaiswal is a distinguished dentist specializing in the treatment of Sleep Apnea, Orofacial Pain, Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD), and TMJ dysfunction, as well as comprehensive General Dentistry.
Dr.Jaiswal earned her dental degree from University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine with a residency in Orofacial Pain to attain board certification with the American Board of Orofacial Pain. With extensive training and experience in these specialized areas, Dr. Jaiswal is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life by addressing complex dental and sleep-related issues.
Dr.Jaiswal is passionate about integrating advanced dental techniques and technology to provide personalized care. Whether managing sleep disordered breathing with oral appliance therapy or relieving chronic facial pain, Dr. Jaiswal prioritizes patient comfort and long-term wellness. Outside of clinical practice, Dr.Jaiswal is committed to staying at the forefront of dental science through continuing education and active participation in professional organizations.
Dr. Jaiswal lives with her family in North Liberty and enjoys walking, kayaking and Pilates.

dedication to dental care laid the foundation for what our practice stands for today. Through tireless work, Dr. Riley championed a patient-centered approach that prioritized not only high-quality dental treatment but also genuine care for every individual who walked through our doors. With a deep commitment to community health, he built the practice on principles of integrity, excellence, and kindness. His legacy will continue in every interaction, as we strive to provide the compassionate, high-quality care he inspired from the very beginning. The entire Care Dental Team is grateful for his contributions and is honoured to carry forward his vision.
Vanessa J Vance, RDA
Office Manager
Vanessa grew up right here in Coralville and has deep roots in the area. She has been in the Dental/Sleep Dentistry field since 2009, when she met Dr. Riley through mutual acquaintances. She brings a wealth of experience in both healthcare administration and patient relations. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and warm, welcoming demeanor, she ensures the smooth operation of the office while fostering a positive experience for every patient. Vanessa is a Registered Dental Assistant and is passionate about supporting the Care Dental mission of providing high-quality dental and sleep apnea care.
Vanessa has a talent for crafting and refurbishing small pieces of furniture. She lives with her husband in North Liberty and has 4 grown children, who all live locally. She loves traveling with her husband, especially on cruise ships! Vanessa spends most summer weekends camping, swimming, kayaking, and enjoying live music. In the fall she can be found tailgating and doing all the football activities. She hibernates in the winter.
Rochelle A Neal, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rochelle became a dental assistant in 1999, Graduated from Kirkwood Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2005 and joined the practice in 2015.
Rochelle grew up in small town of Norway and currently resides in North Liberty. She enjoys helping people and has volunteered with Iowa Mission of Mercy since 2013.
She enjoys crocheting, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She is also a great singer!
Anna Clinton, EFDA

Dental Sleep Medicine
Anna is our Dental Sleep Medicine EFDA. After working as a CNA for several years, she joined the Riley DDS team in January 2018 and quickly fell in love with Dental Sleep Medicine. Her favorite aspects of the job are patient care and education. It has been a pleasure working for and learning from Dr. Riley for nearly 7 years. Anna is excited to continue providing the same level of care that you’ve come to expect with the talented Dr. Deepika Jaiswal.
Anna lives in Marion with her husband Cyle and their dog Boba Fett. She enjoys photography and chatting about nutrition, her PCOS journey, and oral appliance therapy.
Andrey Floryanovich, RDA

Andrey Floryanovich is a Registered Dental Assistant who grew up near Oxford, Iowa. He holds degrees in music performance from the University of Northern Iowa, and one day hopes to attend dental school. In his free time he enjoys walks with his wife Abigail, taking care of houseplants, and a good cup of coffee.
Erika Findlay
Administrative Assistant
Originally from the Cedar Rapids area, Erika and her husband cozily reside in Iowa City with their cats and dog (fur-child), Finn. Her background in dentistry stems from working in dental labs creating oral prosthetics, after getting her BFA in Metal Art from the University of Iowa. In her free time, you can find her scooting around on her Burgman 200, doing anything outdoors such as gardening or kayaking on the lake, and singing way too loudly to Tears for Fears.
